Children staying in Posthotel: 0-1 years old free; 2-3 years old – 80%; 4-8 years old – 50%; 9-14 years old – 30%. The child discount applies when there are two adults paying full price staying in the same room.

For a stay of less than three days, there is a surcharge of 10% per day.

Once you arrive in Lutago, your room is available from 14.00. We request that you vacate your room by 11.00 on the day you are due to depart. We are happy to store your luggage in the hotel.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 300 € is required, and this can be paid conveniently via credit card. In the event of cancellation (within 30 days before arrival) this deposit is not refunded.

No refund is available for any services you have not availed of during your stay.

For solo use of a room, a surcharge of 50% of the respective stated room rate, depending on category, will apply. The surcharge does not apply to single rooms.

If you do not have any travel cancellation cover, in the event of cancelling the booked package, the following charges will be incurred: up to 30 days before arrival - 0%; 29 days to 3 days before arrival - 50%; up to 2 days before arrival and on early departure - 100%.

To spare you any inconvenience, we offer travel cancellation cover for the whole family. This means you are protected in case of an early departure.

Dogs are not permitted in our dining area, or in the sauna area, but we offer the possibility of dining in a separate area and taking your dog with you. Fee to cover costs: € 15.00 per day, excluding feed.
